  • What shipping couriers do we use?
We currently use the services of well-known companies, such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL Express.
  • How can I track my order?
All our orders are provided with a tracking link from our respective couriers which can be used to track your item. You will be given a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email that can be used to track your item.
    • How long does shipping take?
    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
    After processing your order, it takes around 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive in the United States.
    • How much is shipping?
    we offer free shipping on all orders over $99 everywhere within the US contiguous 48 states. (Exclude: Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box). For orders of $98.99 or under $98.99 need $30 shipping fee. For more details, please check our shipping policy.
    • Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
    We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered your order will be delayed until we can contact you for a valid delivery address.

    ORDERING
    • Will I receive a confirmation when I place my order?
    Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an additional e-mail with shipment notification and tracking information. If you provide your mobile number at checkout, then you may also receive SMS text updates.
    • Which knife is best for cutting vegetables?
    We recommend the Dynasty set, which contains three knives: 7-Inch Nakiri knife: ideal for cutting vegetables
    8-Inch Chef knife: well-rounded, suitable for cutting meat or vegetables
    5-Inch Utility knife: suitable for peeling or cutting thin cuts of meat
    The blade is made of 5Cr15MoV high carbon stainless steel, hand-finished 8-12 degrees double bevel edge, labor-saving and reduces the risk of scratching your fingers.
    The handle is ergonomic design and well balance, comfortable and no fatigue on the wrist.
    • Are Okingjoy Knives single bevel or double bevel?
    Only Yanagiba knife is Single Edged, while the rest are Double Edged. Edge is a golden angle 13-15 °
    • What is the best kitchen knife for a beginner?
    We recommend Lee S. Knife Set + 11-Inch Yanagiba Knife. which contains:
    7-Inch Nakiri knife: for peeling or cutting thin cuts of meat
    8-Inch Carving knife: for filleting large fish, but firm enough for slicing and carving large roasts
    5-Inch Utility knife: for peeling or cutting thin cuts of meat
    11-Inch Yanagiba knife: suitable for slicing oversized beef, salmon, or tuna

    • I can’t decide between the Dynasty Knife Set and the Lee S. Knife Set . What are the differences?
    The only difference between the two sets of knives is that the Dynasty set has a chef’s knife, while the Lee S. has a carving knife. If you need to deal with large fish large roasts steaks, ribs, and anything large frequently, then you can choose Lee S. If you deal with a lot of fruits and vegetables, you can choose Dynasty
    • Can I use the dishwasher to clean the knives?
    High quality blades should never go in the dishwasher. The abrasive detergent, high heat, and jostling with other dishwasher items will cause the blade to dull prematurely and give your knife nicks in the edge. The wooden handles will also crack and loosen over time.

    WARRANTY & RETURNS
    • Can I Cancel My Order?
    We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
    • Can I make a change to my order?
    We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please get in touch with us at service@okingjoy.com.
    • Can I return the item I ordered?
    We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
    1. Contact us at service@okingjoy.com and submit the order you want to return.
    2. If the return request meets our requirements, we will approve and provide you with a return address in 2 business days.
    3. Please send products to the return address, and write down the tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    4. Please inform us of the tracking number (via mail or phone) to help us track and trace your package so that you get your full refund as quickly as possible.
    • How does the lifetime guarantee work?
