Return and Refund

We have 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you decide to return an item for a refund because you are not happy with it or simply don't want it, please get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving it. Please note that both a restocking fee of up to 10% and the return shipping cost will be applied to your refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item within 90 days after receiving your item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is due to receiving damaged or defective merchandise or a mistake we made on your order we will gladly waive the fee for the use of any prepaid return label or reimburse you for return shipping expenses for standard ground shipping through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Unsuccessful Delivery

1. If the parcel is not delivered successfully due to the buyer providing the wrong address or making a mistake, we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred.

2. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address due to our mistake, we will either resend the parcel to you or provide a refund.

3. If the parcel is lost by the shipping company, please contact the delivery company for further assistance.

Customer Refusal of Package

Please do not refuse to sign the package with the courier directly before contacting our customer service. If you do, you will be responsible for incurring long-term shipping time waste and shipping fees. Thank you for being so understanding.

Unauthorized Transactions

Once you notice any unauthorized transactions made using your card or account, please kindly inform us within 7 days of the transaction date. We do not accept refund requests for unauthorized transactions that are reported after 7 days from the transaction date.

How to Return?

1. Contact us at and submit the order you want to return.
2. If the return request meets our requirements, we will approve and provide you with a return address in 2 business days.
3. Please send products to the return address, and write down the tracking number. 
4. Please inform us of the tracking number (via mail or phone) to help us track and trace your package so that you get your refund as quickly as possible.

How to Refund?

Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. We issue the refund in 1 business day after we receive the return.

If you pay via PayPal, you will receive a refund instantly.
If you pay via credit card or bank account, you will receive the refund within 3-5 business days.


Can I Cancel My Order?

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
