Shipping


-First of all, we offer free shipping on all orders over $99 everywhere within the US contiguous 48 states. (Exclude: Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box) , For orders of $98.99 or under $98.99 need $30 shipping fee.

-Our team will process your order within 1-2 business days after purchase. Please check your email address. When you place an order on the Okingjoy website, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an additional e-mail with shipment notification and tracking information.

-We will ship out knives via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, In general, you can receive your package within 3-7 business days.

We are not responsible for any additional customs clearance charges, import duties, or local taxes and we have no control over these charges. Thank you for understanding.


Order Lost


-If tracking never confirms that the package status is "delivered", the order is considered lost

-If tracking shows no movement within seven (7) business days, the order will be considered "lost" and will be eligible for replacement with Shipping Protection from Okingjoy Knives.

-In the event of known delays due to weather, pandemics, or similar country issues, the above times may be extended by up to five (5) business days.

-Loss claims must be made within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date for domestic deliveries.

-When filing a claim for stolen or misdelivered goods, customers may be required to file a police report if the value of the goods exceeds $100 or if the same customer makes multiple claims.

Damaged Order


-An order is considered damaged if the goods are delivered in an unusable condition due to mishandling by the carrier, damaged packaging, or other events in transit.

-Please include photo references of the damaged item and the packaging you received, as well as any information on any apparent repackaging or tampering with the original packaging.

Please Note:

- We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered your order will be delayed until we can contact you for a valid delivery address.

- Please make sure a valid phone number and email address are listed so that our customer service representative can reach you promptly to resolve any issues
